Wine Tasting Menu 

This is the tasting flight will be available as soon as we are able to move to Phase 2 and allow tasting outside.

2019 Consequence

56% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Pinot Grigio, 9% Riesling

Tasting Notes:   Off-dry in style. This is our patio sipper, the ultimate lounging around wine. Aromatics of green apple, baked pear, and candied pineapple pop out of the glass, with flavors of lime zest, stone fruit, and ruby red grapefruit.

2019 Rose'

This is the signal that summer is just around the corner. Aromatics of strawberry and a floral note of rose petal with lots of bright fruit on the palate. We think of strawberry, rhubarb, pie cherry, clove, orange zest and love the play of bright early summer berries with the creaminess of the mid-palate. We will be drinking this daily until September.  

2017 spinner

62% Merlot, 15% Malbec, 12% Grenache, 11% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes:  The signature here is uber-ripe fruit; it’s blackberry, cassis, vanilla.  Jammy and gorgeous.  One of those lush beauties that are endlessly easy to drink and perfect with everything. 

2017 malbec

Tasting Notes:  This is the gulpable selection.  Another limited release that doesn’t stick around for long.  This wine is brambly, jammy, super fruit-driven, and quite possibly one of the most delightful things you will consume all year long.
